Summary of Practice
Lloyd's area of practice is real estate law, with an emphasis on land use, transactions (residential, commercial and financing) and real estate agency issues. One of the founders of the firm, he has been practicing in Santa Cruz for over 40 years. He has represented the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors for approximately 34 years and, besides advising the Association on various matters, he gives several regular presentations to Realtors regarding disclosure obligations and other topics relevant to real estate agents and their principals.
Professional Organizations
In addition to his membership in the Santa Cruz County Bar Association and the State Bar of California, Lloyd is a member of the Legal Affairs Forum of the California Association of Realtors.
Community Involvement
Lloyd has been involved in community activities including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Land Trust of Santa Cruz County since 1981(currently, President), and performing pro bono legal services for various local non profits, including the Land Trust, the Homeless Services Center and the Homeless Garden Project.
