Summary of Practice
Teresa (“Terry”) works in the firm’s transactional real estate and land use
department. Terry assists clients with commercial and residential leases, easements, purchase and sale agreements, and matters relating to the formation and administration of commercial and residential owner’s associations. She also represents clients through various stages of the government permitting and land use development process.
Prior to joining the firm, Terry spent 20 years representing
public agencies in transactional matters involving land use and
subdivisions; the purchase, sale and leasing of public property; and the development and construction of major public works projects and collaborative public-private projects.
Professional Organizations
Terry is a member of the Santa Cruz County Bar Association and the
Association’s Real Property Section, and is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
Community Involvement
Terry is a Trustee of the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors Housing Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity - Santa Cruz County.
