Alternative Dispute Resolution

In addition to acting as advocates for our clients, we are regularly called upon to preside over arbitrations and act as mediators and neutral fact-finders.  We are committed to acting with the utmost integrity and delivering just and fair results to the parties involved.  We serve as a neutral arbitrator in both binding and non-binding arbitrations as well as State Bar fee arbitrations.  As arbitrators we review the arguments of both parties to a dispute and render just and well-considered arbitration results.

In our capacity as mediators we follow the latest mediation techniques to assist parties in working together to achieve a result both sides can agree to.
For both arbitration and mediation, we offer a comfortable office setting with separate meeting rooms for both sides to a dispute.
